By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Desizner provides custom, project-based digital services. Because each project requires time, planning, research, and creative work, most payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds may be considered only under specific conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Project Deposits
Most projects begin with a non-refundable deposit, typically between 30–50% of the total project cost.
This deposit covers:
Project planning
Time allocation
Initial research
Resource preparation
Deposits are never refundable, regardless of project stage.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only when:
The project has not started yet, AND
No design, development, or strategy work has been completed
If any work has begun, including planning or initial concepts, refunds cannot be issued.
4. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
❌ When the client:
Changes their mind after work has started
Delays the project by failing to provide content, feedback, or access
Requests revisions outside the agreed scope
Fails to communicate for more than 14 days
Cancels the project mid-way
Requests features not included in the project contract
❌ When the project:
Has been partially or fully delivered
Includes digital products, UI/UX files, or code
Involves third-party costs (hosting, plugins, API, ads)
5. Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels the project at any stage:
Payment for completed work must be made in full
The deposit will not be refunded
Any additional time spent will be invoiced
Partially completed work may be delivered after all dues are cleared.
6. Cancellation by Desizner
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:
Client violates terms or is abusive
Payment is delayed or disputed
Project requirements breach law or ethical standards
Requested work is unsafe, illegal, or harmful
In such cases:
A partial refund may be issued ONLY if no work has started
Otherwise, completed work will be charged
7. Digital Products & Marketing Services
Refunds are not available for:
UI/UX files
Digital downloads
Templates or components
SEO, ads, or marketing services already executed
Consulting and strategy sessions
Because results depend on external factors beyond our control (algorithm changes, market shifts, client activity).
8. Project Delays
Desizner is not responsible for delays caused by:
Hosting/server issues
Third-party tools
Client communication gaps
Late content delivery
Changing project scope
Delays do not qualify for refunds.
9. Quality Guarantee
We ensure professional work and offer reasonable revisions as described in the project scope. However:
We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings
We do not guarantee revenue increases
We do not guarantee marketing or business outcomes
Performance-based refunds are not available.
10. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Transaction fees from payment gateways may be deducted
