Late payments may delay project timelines
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees
All payments processed through third-party platforms follow their respective terms.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Refund policies follow the project agreement. In most cases:
Work already delivered or completed is non-refundable
If a client cancels mid-project, fees for completed work still apply
No refunds for digital products, consulting, or strategy sessions
We are not responsible for delays caused by the client’s lack of communication or missed deadlines.
6. Service Delivery
We deliver projects according to the approved scope.
Clients must provide:

Access credentials
Brand materials
Timely feedback
Failure to provide necessary materials may delay the project.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers (hosting, domain, plugins).
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Client Ownership
Once full payment is completed:
The client owns the final design, website, and approved project deliverables.
7.2 Desizner Ownership
We retain rights to:
The design process
Custom frameworks
Reusable components
Templates developed during the project
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
8. Content Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing legal, accurate, and copyright-free content
Ensuring uploaded materials are lawful and safe
Desizner is not liable for copyright violations or illegal content supplied by clients.
9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We often integrate third-party tools (hosting, plugins, analytics, APIs).
We are not responsible for:
Their downtime
Bugs
Pricing changes
Security issues
Clients must follow third-party terms when using such tools.
10. Website Security & Maintenance
Security is a shared responsibility.
Unless under a maintenance contract, we are not liable for:
Hacked websites
Plugin conflicts
Server issues
Outdated technologies
Regular updates and security scans are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
11. Medical, Financial, or Legal Claims
Our digital marketing services do not guarantee:
Specific revenue growth
SEO ranking positions
Business outcomes
Financial results
We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
12. Environmental Contribution (5% Commitment)
Desizner contributes 5% of every project’s revenue to verified environmental and climate-focused nonprofits.
This contribution is:
Paid directly by us
Not an extra fee to clients
Documented annually through a public impact report
This commitment does not imply guarantees or specific environmental outcomes.
13. Limitation of Liability
Desizner is not responsible for:
Loss of revenue
Data loss
Third-party failures
Website downtime
Damages caused by misuse of our services
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the project.
14. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Payments are overdue
Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected
Clients may terminate according to the project contract.
15. Changes to These Terms
Desizner may update these Terms at any time.
